Annett Farms Joins Milford Stands Up for Fitness 7/7/11

Flying A Riding Academy (at Annett Farms) will be having an open house on July 7, 2011 from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm.  Come and meet our horses and see our facilities.  All attendees will receive a certificate for 50 percent off their first lesson.  Horseback riding (when done properly) is one of the top five exercises for general fitness and it is fun!  Our address is 10116 Shawnee Road, Greenwood.  Phone number is 302-422-7571.  www.annettfarms.com

Next Event - 5/12/11 Free Bike Tours of Milford


Bike Tours of Milford 9 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. - BIKE TOURS OF MILFORD - Come join us for a bike tour showcasing Milford and the surrounding areas.   Approximately 5-6 miles.
Meet at the bridge on Walnut St., next to Good News Health Foods and Bikes Etc.  All ages and abilities welcome.  Bring your bike and your helmet—both are required!  An optional tour will include Abbott’s Mill Pond, an additional 10 miles.  Water bottles will be presented to each participant courtesy of Bikes Etc.   A signed release or waiver is required when you sign in.  Any questions call Jack Sheaffer at Bikes Etc.  302.422.8030
